Rather unpromising planet

The quantity of conscious atoms is multiplying over billions of years. Even if humanity is extinct today the paradise in our galaxy is inevitable. This paradise would be achieved a few billion years sooner or a few billion years later, but this will happen. Earth is not only not a very important planet, it`s also not a very promising planet. I am sure that promising planets should have two or more sapient species. For this and many other important reasons, we should invest in genetic engineering much more than now.
