Ukraine should have capitulated three years ago. The Prigozhin revolt was the last real hope. In 2022, we lost a chance to win. In 2021, we lost our last chance to remove Putin from power and prevent this war. Nowadays, we are losing opportunities to recover our economy.

At least twenty percent of the adult human population on Earth are harmful to humanity. At least fifty percent of human adults live meaningless lives. What if some merciful aliens killed one billion of the most influential sociopaths (red ethics in the Integral (Spiral) conception of value dynamics), one million of the most influential paranoids (amber (blue) ethics in the Integral (Spiral) conception of value dynamics), one thousand of the most influential histeroids (orange ethics in the Integral (Spiral) conception of value dynamics), and the one most influential schizoid (green/teal (yellow) ethics in the Integral (Spiral) conception of value dynamics)? It would help humanity live much better for at least one hundred years.

Thunderbolt Fantasy and Requiem for the Phantom are the best TV series in history. Thunderbolt Fantasy and Song of Saya are the best fantasy stories in the history of art. Very few works of art can compete with these genius masterpieces by Gen Urobuchi. Examples include some of Adam Darski’s later songs (“Sowing Salt,” “The Shit Ov God,” “The Deathless Sun,” “Rom 5:8,” and “Messe Noire”), Philip Glass’s 1989 album Solo Piano, Hermann Hesse’s The Glass Bead Game, two parts of Alejandro Jodorowsky’s film autobiography (The Dance of Reality and Endless Poetry), and some of Vladimir Sorokin’s later books (Day of the Oprichnik, The Sugar Kremlin, Telluria, Manaraga, and Fairy Tale).

Morgoth (Melkor) is Tolkien's reworking of Shakespeare's Hamlet, inspired by the personality of Beethoven. Sauron (Mairon) is Tolkien's reworking of the folkloric figure of King Arthur, inspired by the personality of Goethe.

FANTASTIC TALES AND RISK

There are three kinds of fantastic tales: fairy tales, fantasy, and science fiction.

How does each of these three kinds of fantastic tales deal with the phenomenon of risk?

There is no true risk in fairy tales: characters may be unaware of their fate, but their lives are already destined for either happy or tragic endings.

Unlike fairy tales, fantasy takes the phenomenon of risk more seriously: there is no predetermined fate, but all risks can be measured.

Unlike science fiction, fantasy does not tolerate chaos: due to their psychological or spiritual flaws, characters may misjudge the risks they face, but the author always gives them enough data to make the correct evaluation.

The Champions of Philosophy

Most legendary philosophers—even Plato and Marcus Aurelius—were noticeably inferior to Gautama Buddha. Even the magnificent works of Plotinus, Pascal, and Kierkegaard cannot rival the Buddhist philosophy of enlightenment. It took two thousand years after the Buddha's death before anyone produced a philosophy of equal stature: Hegel. After him, only Schopenhauer, Heidegger, Bataille, Sartre, and Foucault managed to match that achievement—not surpass it, but merely equal it.

Among the famous philosophers, only Nietzsche, Cioran, and Wilber succeeded in creating philosophies that, in my view, surpassed the Buddha's. And perhaps I will as well—if I succeed in popularizing my own philosophy.

The main feature of the superego (the Inner Parent in Berne's theory, the Inner Critic) is the violation of agreements. The Freudian concepts of the superego and Thanatos essentially refer to the same phenomenon.

Friedrich Nietzsche and Martin Heidegger are not the same: they were both very smart geniuses, but Nietzsche was not a hypocrite. He was deeper (more ethical) than Heidegger. He was as “turquoise” as Ludwig van Beethoven, Hermann Hesse, or Emil Cioran. 

Unlike the Great Chain of Being and Spiral (Ethical) Dynamics, AQAL is not a philosophical concept; it’s a practical psychological framework, like the four quadrants of René Descartes or Stephen Covey. It is also a symbol of the Integral movement—the best academic movement on our planet.

We need a Buddhist world order. Christianity, other Abrahamic religions, and other religions of dead atoms should be banned.

Why do most presidents have a lot of children? This is just insane. They should be childfree!

Feelings of loneliness and boredom could be ingredients of happiness.

Why did Esperanto fail? Because it was created using the "Tolkien method": based on subjective criteria of euphony. There are many other reasons but this is the main one. Creating a universal human language should be the work of talented mathematicians. If this language proves convenient for the majority of the planet's intellectuals, then in a century or two most humans will know it.

Ludwig Wittgenstein was the first metamodern/(proto)integral philosopher. After him was Edgar Morin, Jürgen Habermas, Ken Wilber and Quentin Meillassoux.

Rather unpromising planet

The quantity of conscious atoms is multiplying over billions of years. Even if humanity is extinct today the paradise in our galaxy is inevitable. This paradise would be achieved a few billion years sooner or a few billion years later, but this will happen. Earth is not only not a very important planet, it`s also not a very promising planet. I am sure that promising planets should have two or more sapient species. For this and many other important reasons, we should invest in genetic engineering much more than now.  

Метамодерністська теорія літератури

Філософи використовують літературу не просто не за призначенням, а взагалі збоченим чином. Літературу було створено шаманами (ще задовго до виникнення писемності) заради того, аби боротися проти істини та коритися злу. Й саме цього бажали від неї її перші споживачі: аби вона слугувала їхнім ресентименальним примхам. Проте згодом літературу опанували ремісники і торговці, яких цікавило вже не ресентиментне саморуйнування, а особистий добробут. Після цієї події виникнення високого мистецтва, філософії й математики було лише питанням часу: накопичення знань неминуче створює потребу в їхньому впорядкуванні. Проте загалом література все ще лишається вірною своєму походженню: звичайний читач першочергово шукає в книзі не раціональне й загалом істинне знання, навіть не особисту вигоду, а саме задоволення ресентиментальних бажань, які він навіть неспроможний визнати власними. Про це варто пам'ятати кожному письменнику, особливо філософам й математикам.
