Страны второго и третьего мира особо нуждаются в технологиях, позволяющих протестировать ДНК населения и выявить склонных к психопатии (а также другим опасным нейропсихологическим заболеваниям) индивидов. Бессознательные граждане, коих в этих странах большинство, и без того склонны к насилию. Бессознательные же психопаты представляют особую опасность, тем более если они обладают значительным богатством и властью.

Because of their neurodivergence, it is much harder for a psychopath to seize and retain power, no matter how much more deserving they may be than all the alternative candidates. Trump is definitely not a psychopath. In general, psychopaths are very rarely allowed to lead major corporations or countries. Still, I would rather humanity be governed by ethical, smart, and talented psychopaths than by idiots and sociopaths like Trump.
Sociopaths, as a rule, have perfectly normal brains: sociopathy is their personal politics, personal ethics, and conscious way of life. It is extremely unlikely that the Prophet Muhammad, Stalin, Kim Jong Un, Yanukovych, Putin, or other similarly sociopathic (ultra-cynical) rulers are neurodivergent.
Anton Chigurh from No Country for Old Men, who is often regarded as the quintessential psychopath, is a serial killer, but not a psychopath. An example of a psychopath in cinema is Jack from The House That Jack Built (2018).
